Two methods of discharging steam from brewhouse

Many of our customers may have one questions: how do you manage the condensation of the steam when cooking the wort?

Basically, our steam condenser with cold water spray jet inside to"condense" the steam. The condensed steam then flows to drain or sometimes through a heat exchanger for recovering the heat energy. It mainly suitable for those customers who cannot discharge steam out directly,maybe considering of government limit or their neighbors etc.

There is another traditional way is discharging the steam out directly.But need customers to prepare the steam pipeline from their local market according to the final installation. We will offer one steam outlet on the top of brew kettle.
There is water channel inside of the steam outlet which will prevent the water/steam returning to kettle.
