Tips on Electric power arrangement

When we are preparing for a micro brewery, electric arrangement is very important.
For all our micro brewery equipment above 200L, 3 phase power is necessary. Here are most basic notes for your reference to learn how to take care of the the power:

1. CALCULATIONS USING Amp for 3 phase power:
Resistive load (Electric heating elements): I=P/(1.732U)
Inductive load (motors, chiller, pump motor etc. etc.)I=P/(1.732X0.8U)

CALCULATIONS USING Amp for 1 phase power:
Resistive load (Electric heating elements): I=P/U
Inductive load (motors, chiller, pump motor etc. etc.):I=P/(0.8U)

2. Please add the power of other machine that will be sourced locally. For example:
Air compressor: for powering the keg filler and keg washing machine.
Burner, Boiler etc.
...

3. Please kindly remind the electrician to arrange the power 30% higher than the amount in the list to avoid overload or tripping.
