Safety valve for the beer brewing equipment
On the fermentation tank and bright beer tank, it is very important to equip a safety valve.
It is a Mechanic type: it has a spring inside. And it is also been called breath valve because it can protect tank to be safety when it is over-pressured or vacuum.
It is a must parts on the fermentation tank and bright beer tank for microbrewery equipment.
Beer Brew Fermenter Pressure And Vacuum Relief Valves Safety Valve
The valve is easy to take apart and clean. 15 lb. and 25 lb. pressure springs are available. Relief pressure can be adjusted down 5 lb. The valve will open at 0.089 lb. of vacumm. Full stainless steel body construction.
Stainlless steel sanitary pressure/Vacuum Relief Valves is a self-acting device, designed for keeping tanks to work properly. It could release air out of tanks to maintain pressure, and also absorb air into tanks to be anti-vacuum.

Fixed at 15 PSI/30PSI （1bar or 2ba）
Vacuum fixed at -1.5 PSI
Stainless Steel SS304
1 1/2″ TriClamp fitting
All Springs SS304
1 yr warranty on defects in material and workmanship
30 days on seals. All valves require periodic maintenance
For protection of tanks against over-pressure or vacuum. Requirement for most tanks to be covered by Warranty.

Installation:supposed to be installed overhead tanks
Standard:DIN,3A, SMS,ISO/IDF,BS/RJT,ASME/BPE
Connection:butt-welded,clamp, or other’s upon reques

Working Pressure:14.5psi/ 1bar(standard), could be pre-set before production
Temperature rang:medium
The pressure can also be customized to be 2 bar or 3 bar. Some brewmater likes their beer to be with strong Co2. So they customize it to be 3 bar.
