What information is needed to get a quote?Some basic information is necessary to make an initial solution for your brewery, like batch capacity or annually capacity, types of beer (special plato request), setup place like bar, restaurant, factory, beer packing like keg, bottle, can, utility locally like steam, gas, electric.

How safe is it to buy abroad and how complicate is the procedures?We have transacted with more than 2100 breweries in 86 countries. TIANTAI is a credible supplier. We are able to transport your brewery system to the site, door to door. Our logistic agent can do the custom procedures.

How is the brewery equipment installed?TIANTAI engineer team will install the system on site. We also work together with local engineering company. If you just have knowledge of mechanical, we supply online guidance for the installation with video instructions.

What if a problem happen during using?A quick after sale feedback is necessary with explanation of the problem. We answer within 2 hours. Some problem can be done by online guidance. If not work, our engineer can be appointed. Or a local engineering company or our local agents can help.
