For larger craft breweries and brands preparing to enter the national market, a 5,000-litre craft brewery solution represents a key enabler for achieving large-scale production. With a large capacity, it can meet the needs of large orders while ensuring high beer quality. We advise a PLC-controlled four-vessel brewhouse to enhance brewing efficiency and facilitate multi-batch brewing. A wort holding tank can be flexibly integrated into your brewhouse according to your multiple-batch brewing needs. Multiple fermentation tanks can be matched according to brewing and sales plans, suitable for producing craft beer types. With the advanced PLC automatic control system, the brewer can monitor various brewing process parameters in real-time to guarantee that each batch of beer achieves a uniform taste and quality.
Capacity / batch | 5000L | 5000L |
Brew batch / day | 4 | 6 |
Brewhouse structure | 3 vessels | 4 vessels |
Fermenters structure (example) | 5000L*10 10000L*10 | 5000L*10 10000L*10 20000L*6 |
It is advisable to select a location that is conveniently situated in proximity to a logistics hub or a major transportation route, to facilitate the prompt shipping of the product to various target markets. Beer packaging can be cans, bottles, and barrels.

- The cooling speed is 0.8-1°C/hour for 5°C-18°C and 0.05-0.2°C/hour for 0°C-5°C. The cooling parameters can be set to achieve precise control of cooling speed at different stages.
- The whole cooling system utilizes a 33% hybrid refrigerant, which is a -5°C ethylene glycol. This refrigerant provides efficient cooling, while also maintaining a low operating temperature.
- Glycol water supply temperature: -3℃~-5℃ Glycol water supply pressure: 3-4 bar
- Hot water supply temperature: 82-85℃, Hot water supply pressure: 3-4 bar
- Cold water supply temperature: 1-3℃, Cold water supply pressure: 3-4 bar
- CIP alkali washing: 60-70℃ for brewhouse tanks and pipelines; 40-45℃ for fermentation tanks and brite tanks
- Cleaning solutions: alkali 2%-4%, acid 1%, disinfectant 0.5%-1%
- Cleaning fluid flow rate of tanks: >20-35L/m/min
- Cleaning fluid flow rate of pipelines: >1-1.5m/s
