Our Story:

In 2019, we had the privilege of entering into our first collaboration with Pivolabs Craft Brewery, a burgeoning microbrewery based in the Republic of Macedonia. This partnership marked the beginning of an exciting journey as we supported Pivolabs in realizing their vision of producing high-quality craft beer in a competitive market.

From the very first interaction, it was clear that Pivolabs Craft Brewery prioritized quality, precision, and innovation. Our team worked hand-in-hand with their brewers and engineers to fully understand their production goals. This allowed us to design and deliver a custom 500L brewing system that perfectly matched their specific needs. Throughout the communication process, Pivolabs continually expressed satisfaction with our professionalism, detailed design, and commitment to service, fostering a strong foundation of trust between our teams.

In early 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic hit, the brewing industry, like many others, faced unprecedented challenges. Pivolabs was no exception. However, they responded with remarkable resilience and creativity. At the height of the crisis, Pivolabs demonstrated their adaptability by pivoting their production strategy. From the very start of the pandemic, they made a bold decision to focus on bottling their beer. Despite the difficult circumstances, they managed to break even by delivering enough product to the market.

A key aspect of their survival during this period was their reliance on effective marketing and captivating visuals. As a new brewery, Pivolabs understood the importance of building a strong brand presence. They leveraged striking photos of their brewery and beer to engage customers, while the 100L of craft beer they produced was quickly sold to select craft beer bars in Skopje and nearby towns. Their ability to navigate this challenging period, while still maintaining a high level of production and quality, was a testament to their perseverance and business acumen.

As Pivolabs expanded, they approached us again to purchase an additional 500L fermenter to meet their growing production demands. This decision to return to us for the next phase of their development is a clear testament to the trust and mutual respect that had been built during our partnership.
