With three locations in Part-Dieu, Lyon 7 and Oullins, they are keen to introduce you to new beers through constant brewing explorations and different cuisines.As a leading beer equipment manufacturer, Tiantai provided Malting-Pot with a full set of 1000L brewery equipment.

(1) The brewhouse combination is MLT + KWT + HLT + CLT.

(2) Glass wort grant with high and low level IFM sensor for auto wort lautering.

(3) City water and hot water auto blending station for mashing, sparging etc.

(4) Sink with customized hard piping for density testing, sampling, hands washing etc.

With branches in Part-Dieu, Lyon 7, and Oullins, Malting-Pot is dedicated to the art of brewing exploration, constantly experimenting with new beers and flavors, while also pairing them with diverse world cuisines. To take their brewing process to the next level, they partnered with Tiantai Beer Equipment to install a fully customized 10HL brewery in their Lyon location.

Tiantai Beer Equipment took on the challenge by customizing a 10HL brewing system to perfectly fit Malting-Pot’s space and production needs. Each piece of equipment was thoroughly inspected and quality tested at Tiantai’s facilities before being shipped to Lyon, France. The equipment allowed Malting-Pot to brew their beer on-site with full control over the process, from mashing to fermentation.

With its inviting ambiance and visible brewing process, Malting-Pot attracts beer enthusiasts and travelers from all over.
