Our story:
In the heart of Rota, a beautiful coastal town in Cádiz, Spain, Known for its innovative brews and strong connection to local culture, Malandar Brewing needed to expand its production capacity and maintain its high standards. To do this, they partnered with Tiantai Beer Equipment, selecting a 1000L brewing system that would allow them to scale up while maintaining the quality that their customers loved.
The 1000L brewing system was shipped to Rota after thorough inspections at Tiantai’s factory. Upon arrival, Tiantai’s installation team helped Malandar Brewing set up the equipment, ensuring it fit into the brewery’s layout. The brewery, still under construction at the time, featured a smart design that maximized space and allowed for efficient workflow.
Located adjacent to the brewery was the Malandar Bar, a welcoming space where visitors could enjoy fresh brews straight from the tanks. The proximity of the bar to the production area gave customers a unique opportunity to witness the brewing process while enjoying the latest creations from Malandar.
The first brews to roll out of the new 1000L system were a Helles Lager, Wheat Pale Ale, and West Coast IPA—three distinct styles that showcase Malandar’s versatility and creativity in brewing.
Malandar Brewing has quickly become a must-visit destination for beer lovers traveling through the Cádiz province. The combination of their innovative brews and the relaxing ambiance of the Malandar Bar has created a space where beer aficionados can experience the best of local craft beer culture.
