Linbei Brewing LP Brewery, a located in the heart of Xindian, New Taipei City, is not just a brewery but also a cozy beer bar. With its small yet fully functional setup, every stage of the brewing process—from wheat grinding to saccharification—is carried out meticulously on-site. Guests often enjoy their beer while sitting between the towering fermentation barrels, getting a firsthand experience of the brewing process.
