Our story:

Founded in 2016 at the historic Carteret Station, Cotentine Brewery quickly established itself as one of Manchester’s most notable craft beer producers. As one of the oldest breweries in the region, Cotentine has a rich tradition of brewing distinctive beers that resonate with local and international beer lovers alike. In 2020, the brewery relocated to a larger and more modern facility, allowing for greater production capacity and more efficient brewing processes to meet growing demand.

When Cotentine Brewery decided to upgrade its equipment to scale production in their new location, they sought a reliable and experienced equipment supplier to meet their needs. They finally chose Tiantai as their partner

Since the installation of Tiantai’s 3000L brewery equipment, Cotentine Brewery has significantly expanded its production capacity, allowing them to brew larger batches while maintaining the high-quality standards that have made them a beloved name in Manchester’s craft beer scene. The new equipment has optimized the brewing process, enabling Cotentine to experiment with new recipes and increase their product lineup to meet market demand.
