Our Story:
In his early 20s, Kunisawa learned about the existence of “home brewing” while backpacking in America. Having experienced craft beer brewing there, Mr. Kunisawa returned to Japan with the desire to one day brew beer in Shinbashi because he loved making things since he was a child.

When Mr. Kunisawa began to realize his vision in 2022, he faced the critical decision of choosing the right equipment supplier. With the brewery’s focus on quality and artistry, he was determined to find a partner who could meet his high standards. After researching and consulting with multiple brewing equipment manufacturers, Tiantai Brewing Equipment quickly became the first choice.
