Our story:

De Dochter van de Korenaar, a Belgian brewery with a long-standing reputation for brewing specialty beers, has been producing some of the most finely balanced and flavorful craft beers since its founding in 2007. Known for its innovative approach and diverse range of styles, the brewery’s ambition has always been to create “the most beautiful beer in the world.”

As the brewery began to scale its operations, they required a robust brewing system capable of handling the increased demand while maintaining the high-quality standards they are known for. After evaluating several options, De Dochter van de Korenaar decided to partner with Tiantai for their equipment needs

Tiantai provided a full set of 5000L brewery equipment, which included malt milling machines, a 50HL brewhouse, 50HL stainless steel conical fermenters, 100HL beer fermenters, and a 50HL bright beer tank.

With the installation of Tiantai’s 5000L brewing equipment, De Dochter van de Korenaar has been able to scale its production while continuing to deliver high-quality, balanced beers. The brewery’s lineup of specialty beers has expanded.
