DWARF Brewery set up the 1000L two vessels brewery equipment including malt milling machine, 1000L two vessels brewery equipment ，20HL hot water tank，20HL conical beer fermenter,20HL cold water tank，water chiller，water pipeline，control cabinet，100L brewery CIP, keg washer and filler machine etc. TIANTAI supply the whole brewery system.

Part 1：
Start cleaning after the brewery equipment arrives.
Part 2：
After the malt is crushed, it is mashing by cooking and leaching, so that the starch and protein in the malt are converted into malt mash of soluble sugar by enzymes, and then filtered to produce clear wort.
Part 3：
In the process of boiling and adding hops, the protein flocs and hop precipitation in the wort are discharged through the spin-sinking process.
Our first batch of beer is finished brewing together, invite friends to taste, cheers!
