What we do after steel welding

Accompany with beer brewing equipment industrial development, the sanitary level is more and more important for brewmasters. Then the welding technology and polishing level will be one factor to influence the effect.

As we know, the steel will oxygenation when welding at high temperature, so for reducing the oxygenation, we adopt the pure argon(central argon system) to protect.

After welding, we will go through three steps (80mesh-120mesh-240 mesh) and polish to 0.2-0.4μm without dead corner.

For improving the sanitary level of tanks further, we carry out acid washing and passivation after finish polishing. Do acid washing and passivation can remove the oxygenation on the welding line and form protection film. It greatly improve the tanks life time.
