What can affect the quantity of fermentation tank？

Our customer from UK asked:
Is there any need for the extra fermentation tank immediately?
As he will have the main tank and it’s not like there will be a continuous production of beer to start with – at least?

We answered that:
About the fermentation tank, we served you 4 sets 600L fermenters in the last quotation lists we sent you.
Actually, the quantity of fermentation tanks can be adjusted as per your real situation. It depends on many aspects, such as :

1. How many kinds of beer.
We know that you will brew so many kinds of beer, about 10 kinds. Will you brew all beer at the same time?
If so, at least one fermentation tank must be necessary for per beer. Maybe more fermenters are needed.
If not, you can use the same fermenters to brew different beers, which way can save much money for your budget.

2. Production capacity and fermenting period.
How many batches per day and how many working days each week will you brew?
Then we can calculate and serve you suitable quantity of fermenters according to your actual capacity.

3. The size of the your place.
To be honest, place size is also one point we should consider. You know that the size of per tank is about Φ1060mmx2150mm.
Total 4 sets tanks you will need, maybe more in the future. Besides, There’re brewhouse and other parts.
So we must serve you right quantity of tanks as per your actual size. It is one reason why I always ask you the drawing of your place.
