1.The blade of agitator is long, wide and big enough, whose diameter is 0.85-0.9 of tank. What is more, two blades are a symmetric design.
Advantages: On the one hand, it can improve the heat efficiency and avoid the possibility of scorch. On the other hand, it can weaken the effect of shear force well.
2.The agitator has both dip angle and holes.
Advantages: The reasonable dip angle can make the mash rotate efficiently in order to guarantee even temperature of wort.
The holes is also able to weaken the effect of shear force. Besides, it can reduce the oxygen the mash takes in.
3.The agitator can be lifted
Advantages: When the mash is heated, the agitator should be lower position, which can avoid the partial mash is too hot or scorched.
When the mash stay in the rest phase, the agitator is ought to be lifted to higher position.
4.The agitator is equipped with VFD
In this case, according to different mashing technology, we can adjust and control the speed of agitator by the VFD freely. At the same time, it can avoid too big shear force further.
