The electric pipe and agitator in the mash tun
Sometimes, the mash tun needs to assemble both electric pipe for heating and agitator for agitating. In this case, the agitator can not be fixed by stainless steel sticks. Otherwise, it will conflict with the electric elements. So, it is necessary to fix the agitator on the bottom.
Besides, the length of agitator is shorter than the diameter of electric pipe. It is because we must locate the electric pipe as low as possible. As you know, the heat energy always goes up and would not go down. The electric pipe with low location can guarantee the mash on the bottom is able to be heated well. So, we have to shorten the agitator.
