Manual valves and PID control is enough for microbrewery

In one of my last blog ‘What is the PLC control’, there is some description about the automation level that the PLC control panel can realize for micro brewery. Here is a small tip:

For the microbrewery below 10000L, we always recommend the PID controller as the first option. Manual valves are even actually easier to operate than pneumatic valves, especially when there is any problem, the manual valves will show the great flexibility in the dealing/fixing work for solving urgent problem. Without PLC or pneumatic valves, around USD9000 can be saved.
