Electric supply for brewery system

Tiantai Company design electric elements according to clients’ local electric supply.
For example, 3 phase 380V 50Hz is common in Europe, and 3 phase 220v 60hz is for America specially.

Compare to single phase civil electricity, we recommend the 3 phase industrial electricity is better for brewery equipment. There are some important points.

1) 3 phase industrial power is more stable than 1 phase, especially for miller and chiller. For example, a 500l brewery system, the installed power of miller is 3KW and the installed power of chiller is 3.3KW. Then 3 phase will have a better electric supply for miller and chiller, which will extend their lift-time.

2)The single phase power consumption is 20-30% higher than 3 phase. So the electricity cost is a bit high.

3) It is a bit complex in chiller’s circuit connection in single phase.

4)All the motors, compressors, pumps, and control elements in brewery system need to be special customized, it costs more expensive than common.

If there is no 3 phase in your factory, surely we can custom the 1 phase 220v electric supply for your special request. But it is better to apply to government for 3 phase.
