Higher alcohols is the main cause of headache after drinking more beer.
Higher alcohols is one of the main by-products in the fermentation process, and it is the important source of beer flavor as well.
Appropriate composition and content of higher alcohols can not only promote the full flavor and bitter taste of beer, but also increase the consistency of beer taste.
When the higher alcohol exceeds a certain amount, it will produce a clear fusel oil flavor, and the excessive consumption can cause the human body discomfort and make the beer taste bitter.
If the content of high alcohol is too low, it will make the beer appear weak taste for low-alcohol liquor, and the wine body is not full.
