Divide by boiling pressure, there are Atmospheric pressure boiling, Low pressure boiling, and High temperature continuous boiling.
The first two methods are pot type, the heater is installed in the pot called the inside boiling, installed outside the pot called outside boiling.
1.Atmospheric Pressure Boiling This traditional boiling method is difficult to recover the waste heat and can not make good use of secondary steam.
(1).Inside boiling is the method that a tube heater installed in the kettle tun.
The boiling temperature in the vessel is usually 105-107 ℃, the time is about 90min.
(2).Outside boiling is a way of the heater is installed outside of the kettle tun.
An external heater can be used with two or three boiling POTS at the same time.
The temperature can arrive 107-110℃, the boiling time can be reduced to 70min.
2.Low pressure boiling It is closed boiling. The secondary steam can be used to recover.
The temperature usually is 107-110 ℃, the boiling time is 60-70 min.
3.High temperature continuous boiling
It usually adopts the casing heater, the temperature is higher, can reach 130-140 ℃, the heating time is about 3min.
