Tiantai 3000L Four vessel brewery system

I took some new pictures of one 3000L four vessel brewery systems this week in our factory. Let me share with you.

This is one four vessel brewhouse system.
There are Mash tun, lauter tun,kettle tun ,and whirlpool tun. And there are piano type brewhouse control panel placed at platform,
with PLC touch screen for you control the brewing automatically, as there are pneumatic valves replace of manual valves.
We designed 45°cone grist silo which is much easier for crushed malt drop down. The grist silo be mounted at top of Mash tun with legs support.
It will not need to build another second floor. And we could modify the grist silo cone angle consider your building height.
From the close picture, you will see the brewhouse vessels with top cone and bottom cone, and we placed the raker motor,
agitator motor at the floor, it will reduce the motor’s heavy for top head. Do you like this design? It is German style.
Personally, I like this design, it looks much higher and neat.
From the lauter tun, you will find there are two spent grain door, one at the bottom with valve, and at the side.
Do you know why we build two spent grain door?
Firstly, bottom spent grain door is much convenient for you to get rid of grain bed by raker motor automatically,
and the spent grain bed could drop to your grain trolley and then move out.
Secondly, with the side spent grain door, it is for in case you need to move the false bottom and
for thoroughly clean the space under false bottom, it will be much easier for you move the false bottom outside.
There are double size fermenter and BBTs.
