10BBL Microbrewery System complete for customer

Good news!There is another 10BBL Microbrewery system complete for delivery this week.
It is one 10bbl two vessel brewhouse with double size HLT.

On HLT, there are timer controller for electric heating. The brewer will heat the hot liquid tank by timer. When he go to the brewery, the hot water will be ready, and he could start mashing immediately, no need to wait several hours for hot water ready.

As brewery space is limited, The hot water tank and glycol water tank are designed to be slim.
10bbl brewery

In order to save labor, there are flexible auger to help transfer milled malt to grist silo for mashing in advance.
There is one hopper under the grist miller machine to connect with flexible auger to avoid the dusts. It also helps to reduce the problem of height problem between miller and auger.This design has a good feedback from brewers.

Heat Exchanger quality is high standard.
