There are roughly the following ways to add yeast for brewing beer:
1.Dry addition
Yeast and cooled wort are mixed under aseptic compressed air, then the mixture is put into fermentation tank.
2.Wet addition
In the yeast inoculation tank, add some 10-15 ℃ wort (usually 5 times the amount of yeast), then add the required amount of yeast, incubated for 10-12 hours, until the yeast buds, use sterile compression The air is fed into the fermenter and mixed with the cold wort.
3.Progressive addition
It is characterized by the presence of a large amount of yeast at the beginning of the fermentation, which is beneficial to yeast emergence and the reduction of bacterial infections.
4.Multiplication method
This method is used when cultivating the first generation of yeast or when there is insufficient supply of yeast at the production site.
