Brewhouse hardpiping flow directions explaining

We have a customer recently asking about the brewhouse piping flow directions when it is without valve plate. I think the easiest way for understanding shall be to reference image. So I made some marks on a photo to show all pipe flow directions. It is a 400L two vessel brewhouse without valve plate. Hope it make sense for those who are exactly having the same confusion.
